Who is responsible

This website is run by Panos Bechlivanos, a private individual who is developing PoultryFlow. PoultryFlow is not yet offered as a paid service. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What the demo form collects

If you request a demo, we receive your name, email address and company, and the phone number, area of interest and message if you add them. We use them only to reply to you and arrange the demonstration. Sending the form is voluntary; without a name, email address and company we cannot answer the request.

The legal basis is your request: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes the data

Your request is delivered by email through Resend to a Google Gmail inbox. The website is hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and protect the site. Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

No tracking

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. To limit abuse, the server keeps your IP address in memory for up to 15 minutes. Server logs record whether a request succeeded, not what you entered, and are overwritten after a short period.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless they lead to a customer relationship.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, or a portable copy, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
